Recipe: White chocolate and cream-soaked mango strawberry bread
Ingredients:
Sliced white bread: 2 nos
White Chocolate: 175 gms
Cream whipped: 100 gms
Alphonso mango (sliced): 2 nos
Strawberry (sliced): 10 nos
Mint: 4 sprigs
Dark chocolate flakes, for garnish: 150 gms
Method:
- Cut the sliced bread into roundels and soak it in a mixture of fresh cream and white chocolate.
- Layer the bread, by placing the sliced strawberries and mango slices between the bread roundels, building a tower of the same.
- Spread the mango pulp, white chocolate and strawberries over the tower, coating the bread.
- Garnish this tower with dark chocolate flakes and fresh mint sprig.
- Chill for 15 minutes till it is set and serve cold.
Time for preparation: 20 minutes
