JAMMU: The Jammu & Kashmir police have arrested a person who misbehaved and were looking
"The accused persons intercepted a couple at an isolated place in Jaganoo on Udhampur outskirts and misbehaved with the women.
"When she resisted, the accused allegedly overpowered the woman and stripped her. The accused had also reportedly video-graphed the woman on their mobile itself."
